Returns
Thank you for choosing GlowbackLED®. At GlowbackLED® our customers' satisfaction is our top priority, therefore we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase on standard stocking items only.
Customized sized and custom-made products like linear fixtures and LED Panels and special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Returns are only accepted for standard stocking items. Products must be returned in same condition when shipped.
Returns
You have 30 calendars day to return an item from the date you received it.
Items must be unused and undamaged to be eligible for a return.
Your item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
All international transactions are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
Please advise us of your return prior to shipment by contacting info@bluegateinc.com or call 1-800-679-4902 to receive return authorization.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we received your return item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your returned item after inspection.
If you item is approved, we will then refund you the amount of the item to your original payment method. Credits will be processed within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer.
For cancellations of stocked items, a 3% credit card fee applies. Returned items on orders over $1000.00 incur a 15% restocking fee. Both fees are non-refundable and deducted from your refund.
Shipping
You will be responsible for your own return shipment cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted.
