Quartz fireplace in Bedroom

HOUSTON, TEXAS AREA SMOKEY BLACK QUARTZ LED PANEL BACK LIGHTING PROJECT

In this Houston area project, our Miami made 3/8 Inch Thick frameless LED Panels were used to back-light the stone surrounding the fire place in this master bedroom. The translucent stone used here is a unique smokey, black quartz. Quartz, like frosted glass, can be difficult to evenly illuminate. Our team partnered with the installer to achieve a completely seamless and even lighting result. Heat in particular is of concern when back-lighting the stone used around fireplace hearths. Our experienced engineering department made sure that no LED's were exposed to the damaging heat in the closest vicinity to the LED Panels. Furthermore, our team was able to make recommendations to the builders to better protect the LED Panels from the heat.
