Specifically manufactured for GlowbackLED, we created a deeper design of our Aluminum Profile "OR," so that dot-free, evenly diffused lighting can be achieved when used with our high-density DOTLESS LED strips. Aluminum profile "OR" can accommodate any LED strip up to 0.80 Inch (20.3mm) wide and dissipates heat from the strip, extending its longevity while also protecting it from the elements. Aluminum extrusion “OR” is conveniently sold in 8ft lengths as a completed kit including a pair of end-caps, mounting clips, and one premium poly-carbonate, UV-resistant frosted lens. Applications

Use Aluminum Profile "OR" in almost any space, its extremely versatile design makes it suitable for every LED tape application. Use with our DOTLESS LED strips to get evenly diffused, dot-free LED lighting under cabinets, in showrooms or in retail spaces. When used in outdoor environments, it protects LEDs from damaging elements and water.

Installation

Install in minutes with easy snap-and-go clips. Aluminum housing "OR" comes with (3) mounting clips. Simply install clips onto your desired surface with screws and quickly snap your LED aluminum housing into place.

Cutting

To cut your aluminum profiles and make your lighting fixtures a custom length, simply snap the lens onto the profile, and place the channel onto a miter saw with the lens facing down. By doing this you can easily cut both the channel and lens to your desired length at the same time. We recommend using a NEW fine tooth blade to cut your aluminum channels for LED strips. The diffuser/lens is fragile and will easily break with an old blade. The easiest way to avoid breaking a lens or diffuser is to lower the saw blade slowly while cutting.
