Use our Aluminum Profile "O2" to create sleek and slim DOTLESS lines of light. Aluminum Profile "O2" is our ultra-slim offering, providing evenly diffused lighting at just 0.40 Inch wide. It can be surface mounted using clips, or recessed into grooves within cabinets and shelving. Aluminum Profile "O2" can ONLY accommodate LED strips that are 6mm (0.24") wide. Choose one of our DOTLESS, high-density 5mm LED strips to achieve dot-free even lighting. The high-quality aluminum extrusion extends the lifetime of your LED's by dissipating heat. Aluminum Profile "O2" is conveniently stocked in 8ft lengths and is sold as a completed kit including one pair of endcaps, mounting clips, and one frosted lens. View Spec Sheet Here!

Applications
Use Aluminum Profile "O2" in almost any space, its extremely versatile design makes it suitable for every LED tape application. Use with our DOTLESS LED strips to get evenly diffused dot-free LED lighting under cabinets, in showrooms or in retail spaces. When used in outdoor environments, it protects LEDs from damaging elements and water.
Installation
Install in minutes with easy snap-and-go clips. This Aluminum housing comes with (3) mounting clips. Simply install clips onto your desired surface with screws and quickly snap your LED aluminum housing into place.
Cutting
To cut your aluminum profiles and make your lighting fixtures a custom length, simply snap the lens onto the profile, and place the channel onto a miter saw with the lens facing down. By doing this you can easily cut both the channel and lens to your desired length at the same time. We recommend using a NEW fine tooth blade to cut your aluminum channels for LED strips. The diffuser/lens is fragile and will easily break with an old blade. The easiest way to avoid breaking a lens or diffuser is to lower the saw blade slowly while cutting.
