6ft 2 Inch Wide Shallow Trimless Recessed Linear Light

 

Introducing our up to 6ft LVLBDT4, a tailor-made 2 Inch wide trim-less (plaster-flange) recessed linear LED light fixture built in custom sizes up to 6ft (Enter Size under [Product Options] before adding to cart). Available in 700 lumens per foot, our LVLBDT4 offers superior efficiency with 8.1 Watts per foot. This product is ideal for a wide range of general lighting applications. Its integrated "plaster-bead" is covered with drywall tape and sanded/finished to reveal a 2 Inch continuous line of light with no visible flange or trim. The LVLBDT4 only requires 0.50 Inch of clearance and operates on 24VDC, requiring a connection to a remote power supply. Select a dimmable remote power supply for smooth dimming functionality. It is available in 2300K, 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, or 5000K color temperatures and can be easily customized to meet your needs. Sizes

Our LVLBDT4 is available in standard lengths of 2ft, 4ft, 6ft, and 8ft, but can be made to custom sizes upon request. Multiple fixtures can be connected to create uninterrupted, seamless, continuous runs of light. They can also be configured to make rectangles, squares, octagons, and more! Light Color

Our LVLBDT4 light fixture comes with a standard color rendering index value (CRI) over 80, CRI>90 is available upon request. It is conveniently available in six standard color temperatures: 2300K, 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, and 5000K. Custom color temperatures are available upon request (MOQ may apply).

 

Mounting Options

Our LVLBDT4 light fixture can easily be recessed into drywall or solid ceilings without the need for additional depth behind the drywall. It features an integrated plaster-bead which allows you to "mud up" or "plaster finish" up to the aperture of the light. For the best effect, we recommend either installing on new drywall or creating a "rebate" or notch in previously finished drywall for the cleanest look. Framing is required on both sides of the opening for the fixture. The fixture is screwed in place through the integrated plaster bead and into the framing. The framing does not need to run the full length, but having it span the full length of the fixture or run makes the installation simpler. Refer to our Mounting Instructions for more information.

 

Power Supply Options

These Linear LED Fixtures require a remote power supply to operate. In many cases, multiple linear LED fixtures can be connected to a single power supply. We have power supplies available in Standard Dimmable (TRIAC/Phase), 0-10V Dimmable (requires wires for dimming), or non-dimmable (on/off) configurations. We also have power supplies pre-configured with connectors for plug and play installations.
